Oggi la stanchezza si fa sentire, il lavoro ha assorbito le mie energie più del solito.
Ho dedicato parte della mattinata alla lettura di documenti strategici della mia azienda che coprono l’arco temporale dei prossimi 5 anni. A guardare l’evoluzione che si prevede di realizzare viene un senso di “vertigine” per quanto sia importante l’impatto che avrà sulla società.
Il mio impegno quotidiano è quello di dare un contributo attivo a tutto, questo cercando di essere il più possibile consapevole del mio ruolo professionale. Per questo, alla fine di questa faticosa giornata, ho aperto Designer in Gioco e sono partita dalla pagina del Design Thinking per farmi guidare in questa riflessione.
Tra le 5 fasi del pensiero progettuale mi sono ritrovata nella prima “Immergersi nello scenario” e ho capito che oggi ho vestito i panni dell’entomologa perché ho analizzato i singoli elementi come parti indispensabili dell’equilibrio globale.
Leggendo quei documenti strategici è come se avessi utilizzato il microscopio per vedere nel grande il piccolo, dietro i grandi numeri il comportamento di ciascuna persona che “anima” la mia grande azienda.
Per esplorare il mestiere dell’entomologa ho scelto poi una domanda stimolo che mi accompagnerà nei prossimi giorni:
